Dr. Heather Brown, aka Dr. Heather, is a gentle, compassionate general dentist who prides herself on connecting with patients and providing the most comfortable experience possible. Born and raised in Winchester, Dr. Heather graduated from John Handley High School, and then received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Economics from Virginia Tech followed by her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University. She practiced in Philadelphia, PA , South Florida, and Columbus, OH while her husband completed medical training and is happy to now be “back home” in Virginia. She is an active member of the AGD and is constantly pursuing continuing education to provide current and excellent care to her patients.

When not practicing her love of dentistry, Dr. Heather enjoys getting outside as much as possible, particularly with her red fox lab, Harley, taking Barre and spinning classes, and traveling with her husband and children.
