Below you will find details on what your first visit to our office might look like as well as payment options. First Time to Our Office? No Problem!

During your first visit, you can expect:

  • A warm welcome from our friendly front office team.

  • Complimentary tea, coffee, water, and Wifi.

  • Open ears to listen to your needs, concerns, and expectations.

  • A comprehensive dental exam, which includes an oral cancer screening and a full mouth examination of your teeth and gums.

  • Necessary low-radiation digital X-rays.

  • A thorough plan of where you are and where we suggest going with your dental treatments.

Dr. Brown or Dr. Heather will review your x-rays and findings with you. If there is needed work to be done, everything will be laid out in a treatment plan and an estimate of charges will be prepared. Our front desk team will schedule you back for your next visit before you leave.

    We have created an affordable option for our patients to recieve the reliable, high-quality care they need and deserve without having to deal with the “middle man” of the insurance company.

    We also have the capability to take Apple and Google Pay, should you forget your card during your visit.

What to Bring

At your first visit, we ask you to please arrive 15 minutes early and please bring with you the following:

  • Your dental insurance card (if you have dental insurance)

  • A list of current medications you are taking and their dosages

  • Any questions we can help answer
