Trilby
Practice Administrator
Trilby was born and raised in Winchester. Although she has worked for Amherst Dental Practice for over 10 years, she became the office manager in April 2021. She is a graduate of Middleburg Academy and a dual degree graduate of Virginia Tech, with Bachelors of Science degrees in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management. In her free time, she loves to cook, bake, craft, fish with her husband, spend time with family and friends, and spoil her dog, Roux. One thing Trilby has found to be tried and true is kindness is never overrated.
Karen
Patient Coordinator
Karen was born and raised in the Winchester area. Karen has strengthened our team since September 2017 and has an accumulative 30 plus years of dental industry experience. She is an outgoing person who loves to socialize with just about everyone she meets! There truly is never a dull moment in her life. She loves to spend time with her husband and grandson around their pool or at his sports games. Through the years, the most valuable thing she has learned is to never judge a book by its cover.
Crystal
Patient Coordinator
Crystal has been in the dental industry for 20+ years and brings with her a diverse dental background. She joined our team in April of 2026 and greets everyone with a caring welcome. When not in the office, she is spending time with her children enjoying the outdoors!

Anne
Dental Hygienist
Anne brings to the chair side a kind and warm personality and genuinely loves making connections with her patients. She joined our team in February of 2026 with over 27 years of experience as a dental hygienist, making peoples smiles shine bright! When not practicing, she enjoys spending time with her family and horses.
Jess
Dental Assistant
Jess was born and raised in Elkins, WV, but has called Winchester home for the past 20+ years. She joined our team in January 2026 brining with her 7 years of dental experience. Dental assistant by day, mommy by night, the two best and most rewarding jobs. When she’s not making people smile, in her free time, she’s always with her children, enjoying and taking in every moment. Through the years, the most valuable thing she has learned is that teamwork really makes the dream work.
Morgan
Dental Assistant
Morgan is a Winchester native who graduated from James Wood High School. She joined our staff in July 2022, which began her career in dentistry. Before joining our dental team, she worked for years at her family-owned ice cream stand, New Town Creamery. Morgan loves the organization aspect of her job the most and has learned to never give up, even when it’s tough. When not in the office, she loves doing art, painting, wood burning, drawing, and playing with her animals which include a black lab, chickens, pot belly big, and goats.
